Green Vegetable Side Dish Recipe
Surprisingly delicious way to eat vegetables. Even the children love it.
1 Baby Cabbage
1 Large Onion
150g Green Beans
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Avocado/Coconut Oil
Chop the onion, beans and cabbage and mix them together in microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with the garlic and drizzle with oil.
Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Stir the vegetables and microwave for another 6 minutes.
Serve with a meat of your choice. It has a pleasantly sweet flavour.
