Healthy Chocolate Ganache Recipe
This ganache makes a great pudding or frosting for cakes.
1/2 cup Milk Powder (125ml)
1/4 cup Milk (60ml)
1 Tbsp Butter (15ml)
1 Tbsp Xylitol (15ml)
2 Tbsp Cocoa (30ml)
1 tsp Vanilla or Caramel Essence (5ml)
Mix all the ingredients except the milk.
Add the milk a little at a time until the ganache reaches the desired consitency.
Can be chilled in the fridge for a 15minutes or so to solidify it for icing a cake or serve it by itself or with frsh cream or fruit as a dessert.
