Spanish Chicken Recipe
A delicious exotic dish that is really quick and easy to prepare. The veggies help make this really healthy and because the recipe is so quick to prepare it's perfect for week night suppers.
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Red or Orange Pepper
1 tin Tomatoes
Avocado or Coconut Oil to cook
Line a pot with a little oil and begin frying the chicken in the oil.
Chop the onion and pepper. Add the onion to the pot.
Once the chicken has changed colour, break it into smaller pieces and add the tomatoes and pepper to the pot.
Allow to simmer till heated through.
